Return Process

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the garments are in original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5 to 7 business days.
